DTA and the ITNEA  -  Networking for Non Executives and Chairmen

 

ITNEA - The Association for non executive directors and chairmen of IT, telecommunications and technology oriented media listed companies.  The ITNEA's objectives are to:

 

  • act as a supporting forum for non-executive directors and chairmen, giving them the opportunity to meet and discuss the particular issues faced in these roles with others in the same position in similar companies.
  • act as a lobbying body on issues faced by non-executives, where the membership feels that there is advantage in having the concerted expression of the particular needs of listed TMT companies.
  • Provide members with opportunities for new Non Executive Roles and offer companies and their agents a path to address potential candidates for NED and chairman roles - NED advertising

The members meet several time per year often with a guest speaker covering a topic of importance or internet to members.  The ITNEA is supported by sponsorship.  Suitably qualified NEDs can apply for membership from the ITNEA web site www.itnea.net/joining.htm .  Qualification criteria can be found on the ITNEA web site.
